We work with first-time homeowners who would not otherwise qualify for a home mortgage to create a place they can call home.
With a crew of volunteers and dedicated professionals, we work alongside our "new homeowners" to build high-quality, safe, and affordable homes.
We work with prospective individuals and Habitat Homeowners in all phases of the journey to their new homes.
In addition to the phases of construction, we work to prepare them for the various responsibilities of homeownership. Our team works to provide the tools and education for understanding personal finances, mortgages, maintenance, home upkeep, and much more.
New Habitat Homes Coming Soon
Habitat for Humanity (HFH) of Conyers-Rockdale County is the recipient of a $600,000
Community HOME Investment Program (CHIP) Grant to construct three (3) single-family
housing units within Rockdale County. HFH will build these homes and sell them to
qualifying low—and moderate-income persons through the Habitat Model.
